This French engineer is usually recognized as amongst the first to be interested in passenger transportation. His research was primarily in the area of tandem-wing planes. The model presented here definitely forms part of his earliest research that he undertook after the production of prototypes in 1911 and 1912. Joseph Albessard was famous mainly for the production of the Triavion (1926).
